This year's theme is "Taking care of ourselves!" Many times we lead busy lives and take care of everyone else in our family before ourselves. We are going to focus this year's agenda on ways to "take care of ourselves". Please join us!

October 2 | Melissa and Tana tell their tale Two good friends and how their lives have been touched by breast cancer. We will also be doing a mini yoga session with Tana Martin. |
October 3 and 4 | There will be a benefit for PINK at: Sweet Melissa's Dream 51 North Beaver Street York 854-2608 A portion of the sales these two days will be donated to PINK. Please join us! |
November 6 | Talus Salon will return for a night of pampering. Come relax with us before the holiday rush! |
